The Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown, was the scene of the ordination of seven Catholic priests, three of whom are from Carbon County and Tamaqua.

They are the Reverends Michael D. Wilson, Jim Thorpe; Stephen J. Radocha, Coaldale; and Daniel J. Yenushosky, Tamaqua.

Bishop Joseph McShea of the Allentown Diocese conducted the ceremony and the three local priests celebrated their first Masses on Sunday.

Father Wilson is a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Jim Thorpe; Father Radocha, SS. Cyril and Methodius Church, Coaldale; and Father Yenushosky, SS. Peter and Paul Church, Tamaqua.
