Panther Valley rolled to wins in baseball and softball over Notre Dame of East Stroudsburg on Monday.

Panther Valley ended a four-game skid, as the Panthers blanked Notre Dame of East Stroudsburg 10-0 in non-league action.

Brody Breiner pitched a four-hit shutout, striking out six while not issuing any walks.

Breiner also helped his own cause with a double, three walks, two runs and three RBIs.

PV’s Logan Fisher ended 3-for-3, scored twice and knocked in a run, while Chase Krynock chipped in with a single, double and a run.

Brooklyn Mika knocked in five runs to help power Panther Valley to a 15-0 non-league victory over Notre Dame of East Stroudsburg.

Mika collected two doubles, while Kyla McQuillen finished with a double, two runs and four RBIs.

The Panthers, who need a win in their final game to clinch a district playoff spot, also received a 3-for-3 performance from Morgan O’Brien, who scored three times and had an RBI.

Nativity-Weatherly

Nativity ended a 10-game losing streak, as the Green Wave outscored Weatherly 20-11 in Schuylkill League play.

Ava Sahaida finished 3-for-4 for the Wreckers, who actually outhit Nativity by a 16-11 margin. Sahaida scored a run and had two RBIs.

Weatherly’s Abby Weston led off the bottom of the first with a home run.

Rachel Rosenlund (two singles, run, RBI), Mackenzie Rhodes (two singles, four runs), Kiley Holman (two singles, run, two RBIs) and Abby Teodorescu (two singles, two walks, run, two RBIs) all contributed to the Wrecker cause.
