Lehigh Gap Exteriors offers variety of building services
Their goal is to protect their customers and their homes.
That’s the foundation Lehigh Gap Exteriors was built upon 20 years ago, and continues to adhere to two decades later.
The business opened at its current location at 800 S. Best Ave. in Walnutport in spring 2024.
Before that, the business had been located inside Palmerton Lumber since 2005.
Services include attic insulation, doors, gutters, roofing, siding, soffit and fascia, and windows.
Stephen Pisulak, president, said his business is comprised of professionals who receive constant training to ensure quality on every job.
“We act as your consultant and professor to ensure we identify problems and educate our customers so they can make good home improvement decisions,” Pisulak said. “We want to be sure we educate people so they can make a really good home buying experience. Even if it’s not with us, we’re here to help.”
Pisulak explained how his business does its best to work with its customers.
“We go over what you need and we give you our very best price,” he said. “We are very focused on the experience; we’re there to make it a very pleasurable 100% customer satisfaction.”
Pisulak said the business has 13 employees who together have 150 years of experience, and noted they get a lot of repeat customers.
“We’re very excited when we get referrals and repeats; they must have been satisfied,” he said. “You know you did a good job.”
Pisulak said the number one response they receive from their customers “is they’re very happy with the experience from beginning to end, and that’s what we’re striving for.”
“Doing an improvement correctly typically means it will cost more now but it will pay off in the long run,” he said. “The only thing that’s guaranteed is that it’s only going to be more next year, so delaying your project will probably cost you more next year.”
Pisulak noted that investment plans are available in which customers are able to get projects done at today’s prices and forego paying for it into the future.
“We understand that home improvements can be scary and overwhelming, and finding a trustworthy and honest contractor can be almost impossible,” he said. “We only accept 100% customer satisfaction, and work and train to ensure this is the outcome every time.”
Pisulak said he personally loves his job.
“The reason I come to work every day is I really want to help people and my employees be successful in their lives,” he said. “We want to make sure people have a good experience, new ways to get information out there, and hopefully bring in some more business.”
Lehigh Gap Exteriors is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and closed Saturdays and Sundays.
