The Weatherly Wreckers Booster Club recently held its athletic awards banquet at Capriotti’s Catering in McAdoo. The 11 senior student-athletes recognized were, front, from left, Rachel Rosenlund, Molly Kislan, Kiley Holman, Abigail Teodorescu, Ava Sahaida, and Eva Eroh; back, Alex Rosenlund, John Donish, Vincent Paisley, Hayden DiGennaro, and Mackenzie Rhodes. The winner of the Charles J. Murray Memorial Award in recognition of outstanding spirit and dedication to the Weatherly Area School District Athletic Program was Robert Selert. Joining Robert were Weatherly Athletic Director Scott Zoscin (left) and Master of Ceremonies Christian Ormiston. The Michael J. Meillinger Sportsmanship Award was given by District 11 to Weatherly Junior High School in recognition of outstanding sportsmanship displayed by the players and coaches.
