Residents of Slatington gathered recently to participate in a boroughwide cleanup, an annual event timed around Earth Day to promote environmental stewardship and community pride. “I am so grateful that residents took the time to come out and help clean up Slatington,” said Robert Stettner, chairman of Slatington Parks.
