Todd A. Smith, 70, of Lehighton, and Brett T. Miller, 37, of Slatington, had minor injuries after a two-vehicle crash at 8:39 a.m. April 16 on King’s Highway, state police at the Fogelsville barracks said.

Smith was transported by personnel from the Cetronia Ambulance Association to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Carbon Campus, Mahoning Township, while Miller did not require a transport from the scene, police said.

The crash occurred when Smith was driving a 2013 Kia Optima and Miller was driving a 2013 International Harvester.

Police did not provide any other information about the crash except to say that Smith was cited for “stop signs and yield signs” after the crash.
