State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• An 18-year-old Schnecksville man was targeted in a theft by deception incident. Police were called at 10:41 a.m. on Dec. 13 at a gym off Route 873 in North Whitehall Township.

Police said the man reported fraudulent charges were made on a debit card that he had left unsecured in his locker at the gym.

• Police said two people were transported by emergency medical services personnel to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, after an incident at 9:35 a.m. on Dec. 26. They were not identified.

Police said they responded to a property on Hilldale Road, Washington Township, for a report of an active drug overdose and upon arrival found the two people displaying severe signs of drug impairment.

Subsequently, police said they saw and seized evidence consistent with controlled substances.
