A jury found a Tamaqua man not guilty of road rage related charges filed against him in December 2023.

The charges against Timothy Stahl included possession of an instrument of crime and simple assault.

Stahl’s case was heard recently at the Schuylkill County Courthouse.

The incident dates back to Sept. 22, 2023, and involved Stahl, who was in a vehicle with his mother, and two bicyclists who were riding near the intersection of Hunter and West Spruce streets in Tamaqua.
