Harry Vadyak of Lansford was re-elected chairman of the Lansford-Coaldale Joint Water Authority during a session held Wednesday afternoon in the authority’s officer on East Ridge Street in Lansford.

Vadyak will be joined by Thomas Pollock of Coaldale, vice chairman, Thomas Richards of Coaldale, secretary; Michael Kerestes, Lansford, treasurer; and Wesley Eames of Lansford, assistant secretary-treasurer, in directing the authority’s operations in 1983.

In other reorganizational matters, Attorney Thomas S. McCready of Lansford was retained as solicitor and Edward J. Gaydos of Orwigsburg was reappointed engineer.

Palmer and Company of Hazleton will continue to be the board’s auditors and accountants.
