St. John’s Lutheran Church of Mahoning, 826 Mahoning Drive West, Lehighton, will hold worship service with Communion at 10:45 a.m. in Fellowship Hall.

• Sunday School will be held Dec. 1 from 9:30-10:30 a.m.

• Grief Support is Dec. 2, 6 p.m.

• Book Club will be held Dec. 3, 6:30 p.m. at Deb Scheckler’s house with book “Hannah’s Hope” by Karen Kingsbury.

This is also Book Club’s Christmas Party.
