The Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania today approved articles of incorporation for Omni Construction Inc., Palmerton R.2, and Host Inc., 414 Arlington St., Tamaqua.

Omni has been chartered with a capitalization listing of $2,100, according to charter papers that list the incorporators as George W. Green, Palmerton R.2, Timothy F. Swartz, 424 Ore St., Bowmanstown, and Lawrence C. Rehrig, Lehighton R.3.

Host has a capitalization listing of $10,000. Its incorporators are Lee Hower and May Hower, Barnesville R.1, and Al Stolbov, 414 Arlington St.

Omni’s plans include the real estate business while Host will deal in typing equipment and related accessories.
