The Blue Raiders collect 259 yards on the ground, compared to just 52 by their opponent. Fredicine, who leads the attack with 73 rushing yards, breaks a scoreless tie in the second quarter when he completes a 64-yard drive with a 21-yard burst to the end zone. The winners, coached by Dick Jones, add an insurance tally late in the third frame on Fredicine’s 1-yard plunge. John Guzjack picks up 70 yards on the ground for the Raiders, while Jack Miller ends with 62.
