Trick-or-Treat in West Penn Township will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 31.

Children are invited to visit the Penn-Mahoning Ambulance Association, 1748 W. Penn Pike (Route 309) from 4 to 5 p.m. Oct. 31 for a free hot dog.
