East Penn Township Supervisor William G. Schwab praised Brandon Bradford and the township roads department for quickly fixing the sinkhole that formed near Schwab Falls on the D & L Trail.

According to Bradford, “The sinkhole was about 10- by 8-feet deep.”

The township will hold its annual trunk or treat at the park on Oct. 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. The East Penn Volunteer Fire Department will also hold an open house at the same time.
