The Lower Towamensing Township board of supervisors took the following actions on Tuesday:
• Hired Tim Fegley as a road crew member, effective Oct. 15. The board did not give the dollar amount, but will make a motion on his pay rate at next month’s meeting.
• Approved the Managed Service Agreement with S&O Computers LLC, Summit Hill. The cost is $90 per month for unlimited backup and unlimited tech support.
• Adopted zoning and code enforcement job descriptions.
• Agreed to add Luke Eggert, Nadia Einfalt, Pamela Kemecsy, Paul Gallagher Saba, Jacob Schray and Christopher Taylor to the list of sewage enforcement officers, per the request of Hanover Engineering.
• Granted a time extension to Beltzville Enterprise for its land development/minor subdivision until Jan. 30, 2025.
