The Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission has awarded Cultural and Historical Support Grants to 173 eligible museums and official county historical societies from 59 Pennsylvania counties. Local recipients are:

Lehigh County: Lehigh County Historical Society Inc., $16,000; and The Da Vinci Discovery Center of Science and Technology Inc., $62,000

Monroe County: Monroe County Historical Association, $8,000; and Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm, $5,000.

Northampton County: Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor, $12,300; Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites, $45,700; Moravian Historical Society, $6,100; National Museum of Industrial History, $20,000, and Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society, $15,700

Schuylkill County: Historical Society of Schuylkill County, $8,000
