A Palmerton man was killed in a crash early Sunday morning in Monroe County.

Stephen LaClair, 45, was pronounced dead just after midnight, by a Monroe County Coroner’s Deputy. The crash occurred on Cays Road in Jackson Township. Stephen LaClair was the driver of the vehicle and was the only occupant.

The cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries.

The manor of death is accidental. No autopsy is scheduled.

The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the incident.
