Lower Towamensing Township supervisors took the following action on Tuesday:

• Raised recreation fee from $1,000 to $2,000.

• Approved the 2025 Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System - Minimum Municipal Obligation in the amount of $7,033.

• Approved the CBI Ventures land development time extension until Dec. 28.

• Approved waiver requests, and granted conditional approval, for the Schaffer/Ziegenfus plan and the Serfass minor subdivision.

• Granted a waiver request and re-approved plan for the Strohl subdivision.

• Approved a time extension for the Jeffrey George subdivision/lot line adjustment.

• Adopted a municipal records schedule resolution.
