Rafting for Recovery, an event raising awareness and celebrating recovery from substance abuse, will be held Sunday at Pocono Whitewater Rafting in Jim Thorpe.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry will offer the opening remarks at the event, which starts at 10 a.m. and is supported by Carbon County’s public defender and district attorney as well as Sync Recovery Adventures and River Lotus Healing Recovery.
