Eric Matrishion, 44, of McAdoo, was sentenced by Judge Christopher Hobbs to time served to 23 months in jail on a charge of theft of services leveled by Kline Township police.

Matrishion must also pay $4,642.28 restitution to the Kline Township Police Department, plus the cost of prosecution, and another $400.

David John Garrett, 41, of Harding, Pennsylvania, was sentenced by Judge Christopher Hobbs to 14 days to 23 months in jail as a habitual offender on a charge leveled by West Penn Township police.

Garrett must also pay the cost of prosecution, plus another $150.

Tara Nicole Frye, 32, of Slatington, was sentenced by Judge Christopher Hobbs to time served to 23 months on a charge of criminal trespass leveled by West Penn Township police.

Frye must also pay the cost of prosecution, plus another $400.

Ashley Bynon, 30, of Tamaqua, was sentenced by Judge Christopher Hobbs to time served to 23 months on a charge of flight to avoid prosecution leveled by Tamaqua police.

Bynon must also pay the cost of prosecution, plus another $400.

Edwin Lee Cope, 42, of Girardville, was ordered by Judge Christina Hale to serve 10 hours of community service, plus pay another $500 on charges of reckless endangerment and simple assault leveled by state police at Frackville.

Sandra Ivette Santiago, 53, of Allentown, was sentenced by Judge Christina Hale to 48 hours to six months in jail on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs leveled by Schuylkill Township police.

Santiago must also pay the cost of prosecution, a $1,000 fine, and another $525.

Sonja Karkanica, 36, of Minersville, was sentenced by Judge William Burke to one to two years in a state correctional institution on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.

Karkanica was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, and another $613 in costs.

Stephanie Anne Kent, 33, of Kingstown, was sentenced by Judge Charles Miller to 11½ to 23 months in jail on drug charges.

Kent was also ordered to pay the costs of prosecution, plus another $865.

Gavyn Jon Patri Datchko, 21, of Delano, was sentenced by Judge Charles Miller to 18 months of probation on theft charges leveled by Kline Township police.

Datchko was also ordered to pay $1,339 in restitution, the costs of prosecution, and another $300.

Bernard R. Kufuor, 37, of Scranton, was sentenced by Judge James Goodman to time served to 12 months in jail on a charge of false identification leveled by West Penn Township police.

He must pay the costs of prosecution, plus another $100.
