Summit Hill children can see a movie, eat hot dogs and popcorn and receive a backpack and back to school items, all free tonight.

The Summit Hill Recreation Commission is hosting the movie night event at Ludlow Park beginning at 7 p.m.

Kathy Gieniec, chairman of the Rec Commission, said the movie to be shown is “Kung Fu Panda 4.”

In other Recreation Commission news, the Summit Hill Borough Council said the outside pickle ball courts are finished and are being used.

The borough council gave approval for a professional wrestling show to be held in the Hilltop Community Center on Saturday, Sept. 21. Proceeds will benefit the Summit Hill Recreation Commission.
