Why you entered medicine: Dr. Pollock continues a medical tradition in his family by practicing in a community setting in Pennsylvania much like his father and grandfather did before him.

“As a child and young adult, I looked up to a lot of people in the medical field and that made a big impression on me,” Dr. Pollock said.

He enjoyed science at an early age and when it came time to decide his future, he chose to use his skills and interests in the medical field where he could help others.

About Dr. Pollock: Dr. Pollock enjoys volunteering with area youth organizations. He served as president and administrative official of the local YMCA swim team and pitches in to help organize multiple charity races and triathlons benefiting the community.

He spends his free time outdoors, enjoying cycling, skiing, fishing and hunting, but his biggest interest right now is his family.
