Pleasant Valley School Board approved the following items last week:

• One-to-One Plus — Renewal of Centralize IT Ticketing and Asset Management, from July 1 to June 30, 2025; cost is $5,000.

• Acadience Learning — Training workshop for K-6 Reading; cost is $1,344.29.

• Software4School — Student voting software, term from July 1 to June 30, 2025; cost is $549.

• CDW — GoGuardian software subscription, from July 1 to June 30, 2025, Total Cost: $45,870.

• Xavier Landscaping and Design — Extension for snow removal for Pleasant Valley Main Campus, term from July 1 to June 30, 2026; cost is $125 per truck, $150 per loader, $150 per dozer, $140 per box plow, $125 per trucking of snow.

• PowerSchool — Performance Matters, from July 1 to June 30, 2025; cost is $34,626.24.

• PowerSchool — SIS Hosting including enrollment registration, Ecollect forms, special programs digital signature and professional development plus, terms July 1 to June 30, 2025; cost is $79,234.39.

• PowerSchool — Universal Rostering Subscription, from July 26 to June 30, 2025; cost is $4,072.55.

• Comply by Edulink — compliance software for all necessary local, state and federal documentation for employment; term July 1 to June 30, 2027; cost is $51,560.

• PA-ETEP agreement by Edulink — electronic teacher and supervisor’s evaluation portal, three year licensing fee, term July 1 to June 30, 2027, cost $60,832.

• PA Treatment and Healing Agreement to provide Act 48 Alternative Education Services for the 2024-2025 school year as required; cost not to exceed $115 per day.

• Johnson Controls — Annual software support contract for C-Cure 9000 Series System, term from July 1 to June 30, 2026; cost $5,500.
