Lehighton Borough Police Department reported the following incidents:

• Joshua Kuhns, 46, Albrightsville, was charged with driving under the influence — general impairment, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and various summary traffic violations, for an incident June 30 along Route 209 at the Weissport Bridge.

• Robert Everett, 51, Freeland, was charged with driving under the influence — general impairment, driving under the influence — over the legal limit, and driving while his license was suspended, during a DUI checkpoint along Sgt. Stanley Hoffman Blvd.

• Jacquelyn Segerra, 39, Lititz, was charged with obstruction of government function and disorderly conduct, for an incident July 27 at the Exxon Service Station along Blakeslee Boulevard in Lehighton.
