Lehigh Township supervisors took action on the following items during their monthly meeting.

• Approved an extension to Riverview Self Storage/David Wasko Land Development until Dec. 31, due to Army Corp. of Engineers inspection of a stream.

• Approved payment request #9 to Billitier Electric for $31,500 for fire suppression for the new maintenance building.

• Approved $221,500 to Pine Run Construction for Fuel Island for new maintenance building, upon approval of the DEP.

• Approved refinancing of $800,000 loan for Municipal Authority with the stipulation that someone from the authority attend a meeting quarterly with a report.

• Police Chief Fogel reported that a new cadet started at the Police Academy for the township.

• National Night Out will be held at Indian Trail Park from 6 to 9 p.m. on Aug. 6.

• The Recreation Board reported making $1,800 from the latest Basket Raffle.
