The Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation is hosting its inaugural Cornhole Tournament from 4 to 7 p.m. July 25 at Baer Memorial Park in Lehighton. (In the event of rain, the event will be held at the Lehighton Recreation Center.)

Interested participants can register at carboncountychamber.org with a teammate or as an individual player.

The CCEDC will pair individual players to form a team. The cost to register is $25/individual and $40/team.

In addition to the tournament itself, enjoy great prizes, DJ music, food trucks, such as: The Chef’s Hotbox and Donut-NV and ice cold beer by Bright Path Brewing. At the event, the Lehighton Pool will be celebrating their Christmas in July festivities with opportunities for eliminated players and spectators to swim. First place team will receive one 22” Tabletop Blackstone Griddle each. Second place prizes will also be awarded to each teammate.
