Jacy Colon, 32, and Raymond Graber, 43, both of Tamaqua, were charged with harassment and disorderly conduct by Tamaqua police following an 11:18 a.m. May 22 incident on the 300-block of Pine Street.

Police said a woman reported that she brought the Colon and Graber’s child to their house for a supervised visit, however, the supervisor did not show. As the woman learned this, she told police that Colon and Graber approached her vehicle.

The woman said the two were screaming and cursing that they wanted to take their child even though the supervisor was not there. They tried to take the child from the car seat and pushed the woman around until a witness arrived to help.

The woman said Graber grabbed her car keys and took her phone.
