American flags ripple in a gusty breeze Thursday afternoon in Lansford’s business district on West Ridge Street. Lansford Alive in partnership with the Lansford American Legion purchased dozens of new flags to be displayed in town for Memorial Day, Flag Day, which is today, June 14, and the Fourth of July. Flags were also purchased for Kennedy Park and the min-park at Abbott and Springgarden streets.
