Northern Valley posted a Senior Connie Mack League victory over the weekend by defeating Southern Lehigh

Northern Valley used a pair of four-run innings Friday to gain a 9-3 victory over Southern Lehigh.

Kaden Moyer collected two hits, one a triple, and knocked in two runs for the Chargers, who trailed 2-1 after four innings. The winners took the lead in the fifth with four runs and added four more in the sixth for insurance.

Jayden Christman finished with a pair of hits and two runs, while Coy Daubert contributed two hits and a run.

The winners, now 2-1, also received a hit and two RBIs from Max Oldt. Landon Rosado, who gained the victory with 5 2/3 innings of relief, scored a pair of runs. Cole Dynda chipped in with a triple, a run and an RBI.

Moore Township scored 14 runs in the fourth inning Sunday to turn a deficit into a lead and eventually gain a 23-13 victory over Jim Thorpe.

Gavin Graver and Quintin Shisslak both had two hits and knocked in four runs for the winners, who trailed 6-0 early in the contest.

Thorpe received two hits - one a double - and three RBIs from Lucas Knopf, while Marshall Domski added a pair of hits and two runs. Colton Labukas chipped in with a hit and three runs, and Blake Skrimcovsky ended with a hit, two runs and an RBI.

The loss dropped Jim Thorpe to 0-10.
