To provide information to residents about invasive insect species, Rep. Doyle Heffley, R-Carbon, and Sen. David Argall, R-Carbon/Schuylkill/Luzerne, are offering a seminar led by a state forester from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources on Thursday at 6 p.m., at the Albrightsville Volunteer Fire Company, 2454 State Route 534, Albrightsville.

The seminar is open to all residents who are interested in learning about new insect species, diseases and other threats affecting the health of local trees and forests.
