The bill amends Title 53 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to provide for water and sewer projects. It defines a municipality as a city, borough, incorporated town or township in Pennsylvania. It also defines a private sewer lateral as a line on a property that connects to a public sewer system, and a private water lateral as a line on a property that connects to a public water supply system.
