An 89-year-old Slatington man has died of burns he suffered while burning brush on his property on April 22.

The Lehigh County coroner’s office said Leo C. Pavelco died Friday at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest.

The coroner’s office said Pavelco suffered burns on 30.5% of his body when his clothes caught on fire while burning brush.
