Panther Valley School Board conducted the following business this week:

• Accepted the resignations of Lanae McKelvey, school psychologist/assistant special education director, effective June 30; Mary Hoffman, intermediate school special education teacher, at the end of the school year; and Arlen Dunn, cafeteria worker, effective April 19.

• Hired Bonita Damiano as accounts receivable/tax clerk at a salary of $17.50 an hour; and Victoria Maier, as part-time general worker/dishwasher, at the junior/senior high school at $15.89 an hour.

• Appointed Robert Yaeger, as the JROTC NCO instructor under the agreement for Army Career Skills Program Individual Internship/Approved Department of Defense SkillBridge, effective May 6. This is a six-month internship.

• Approved the first reading of a policy on the time clock usage
