Lehighton Area School District’s 2024-2025 budget will be presented in May.

Interim business manager Susan Famularo said that preliminary budget approval is scheduled for the May 28 board meeting, and added it must be scheduled for 30 days after preliminary budget approval.

She said the board’s regularly scheduled meeting is on June 24, which means it will have to schedule a special board meeting no earlier than June 27, which is the date she recommended.
