State police at Frackville

State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police said a 16-year-old McAdoo girl stole a motor vehicle in McAdoo and crashed it Thursday morning in the area of 364 Fairview Street in Rush Township.

Police said the 2015 Mazda 3 was reported stolen from South Manning Street at 3:26 a.m. They said their investigation determined the girl was driving the vehicle at the time of the crash. A 14-year-old girl, also from McAdoo, was a passenger in the vehicle and is listed as both the victim and an arrestee.

The case was forwarded to the Schuylkill County Juvenile Probation Office for final disposition.

• Joseph Michaels, 33, of Barnesville, is facing charges of criminal mischief, theft and harassment after police were called to a property on Barnesville Drive, Ryan Township, at 5:27 p.m. April 7.

Police said the victim is a 25-year-old woman from Wilkes-Barre who reported that during an active domestic incident Michaels damaged her 2008 Ford Fusion and cellphone and stole a car key belonging to her.

• Police said they were called to a theft of a motor vehicle incident at 8:39 a.m. April 7 at a property on North Kennedy Drive in McAdoo.

They said a 23-year-old man from Weatherly reported a missing trailer from the site. Police said the trailer was located and recovered by the owner.

• Police were summoned to an active domestic dispute at 12:44 a.m. April 6 at a property on Roosevelt Drive, Mahanoy Township, resulting in a 34-year-old woman from Morea being cited for the incident.

They said the other person involved is a 36-year-old man from Morea.
