State police at the Frackville barracks said an arrest warrant has been issued against Keith Kalkiewicz, 38, of New Boston, following an incident that happened at 7:33 p.m. April 10 at a property on Roosevelt Drive in Mahanoy Township.

He is charged with endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment, simple assault and harassment.

Police said the victims are a 36-year-old woman and two boys, ages 4 and 9, all from New Boston.

Police said the incident is a “domestic-related” matter in which it is alleged Kalkiewicz shot and/or shot at the victims with a water bead blaster gun numerous times before fleeing the scene.
