The Summit Hill Borough Council last night approved final plans for a housing development in the northwestern end of the town.

Mountain View Estates, whose plans were submitted by Eugene Durigan of Mahoning Valley and John Lisella of Summit Hill, will encompass the entire northwest corner of Poplar and Hazard streets; the north side of Fell Street, between Walnut and Poplar streets; and the north side of Richards Avenue, between Market and Walnut streets.
