The public information officer for Troop L of the Pennsylvania State Police in Reading announced his retirement.

Master Trooper David Beohm has served in the role for the last 13 years. His last day will be April 12.

“I am proud to have served 32 years with the state police, all here at Reading,” he said in an email announcing his retirement.

The position will be filled soon, Beohm noted.
