Calvary Lewistown

The annual Sunday School Easter program with skits and song readings, along with the Word of God, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Calvary Evangelical Church at 824 Catawissa Rd. in the Lewistown Valley.

There will be no Sunday or Wednesday evening services.

St. Peter’s - W. Penn

The 9 a.m. Sunday service at St. Peter’s Church in West Penn Township will include the celebration of Holy Communion. It will be followed by fellowship in the social hall and Sunday School, both at 10:15 a.m. The confirmation class will meet at 10:30 a.m. Sunday and the Girl Scouts will meet at 6 p.m. Sunday.

On Wednesday, retirees will meet at 9 a.m. and play practice is at 7:15 p.m. On April 11, the Cherub Choir will meet at 6 p.m. and the Senior Choir will meet at 7 p.m.

Zion Lewistown

Pastor Jim Williams will officiate at the 10:30 a.m. Sunday service at Zion Church, Lewistown Valley. Sunday School is scheduled for 9:30.

The next episode of “The Chosen” will be shown in the social hall at 2 p.m. Sunday. Everyone is welcome.
