The Penn State Extension Carbon County Master Gardeners presents “It’s Time to Plant!” workshop, a one-day event filled with workshops for the gardener to prepare for Spring planting season.

Topics will include types of succulents along with care, kitchen garden herbs, basic homeowner hydroponics, and houseplant prorogation techniques.

This event will take place on Saturday April 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with registration starting at 9:30 a.m. It will be held at the Lehigh Gap Nature Center, 8844 Paint Mill Road, Slatington, PA 18080.

Participants should bring a bagged lunch although some light refreshments will be available.
