Lehighton Borough Council took the following action on Monday:

• Tabled contract for park cameras. Four proposals have been received.

• General Code provide zoning and subdivision and land development ordinance codification services at a cost of $10,950. The borough will pay the first half this year, and the other half next year.

• Will spend up to $5,000 for the cleanup of the Nace property.

• Authorized the borough solicitor to begin the process of having the property at 216-218 North St. cleaned up.

• Voted 6-1 for Barry Isett & Associates health inspection services. Councilman Ryan Saunders was opposed.

• Approved the request from Lehighton Area School District for commencement motorcade on June 10.

• Agreed to purchase of six gift cards at $50 each for Administrative Professionals Day.
