Bowmanstown Borough Council, on a 5-0 vote, took the following action at Tuesday’s workshop:

• Approved a request from Public Works supervisor Chris Bixler for a “hold harmless” agreement with East Penn Township so that he may obtain daily flow numbers from their pump station.

• Agreed to advertise for a part-time employee for the Public Works Department.

• Received Public Works employee Tom Kern’s letter dated March 15 that he will return on March 25.
