The Panther Valley Senior Center announced the menu for March 18-22.

Monday: Chicken Fritters, Mac and Cheese, Broccoli, Melon or Turkey Cheese Sandwich

Tuesday: Halupki, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Yogurt or Chicken and Cheese Sandwich

Wednesday: Chicken Cordon Bleu, Parslied Potatoes, Green Beans, Pound Cake or Pesto Chicken Salad

Thursday: French Onion Soup, Cheeseburger, Sweet Potato Fries, Orange or Turkey Cheese Sandwich

Friday: Cheese Omelet, Breakfast Potatoes, Biscuit, Fruit Salad or Ham Salad Sandwich

The senior center also announced the following events.

Game Day on March 18 at 10:30 a.m.; Bingo on March 19 at 10:45 a.m.; Po-Keeno on March 20 at 11 a.m.; Fancy Nutritious Drink on March 21 at 11 a.m.; Movie and Popcorn on March 22 at 10 a.m.

Scattergories on March 25 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on March 26 at 10:45 a.m.; Name That Tune on March 27 at 11 a.m.; Po-Keeno on March 28 at 11 a.m.; Closed on March 29

Cards, Pool, Games, available daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. New members are welcome.

Panther Valley Library

• The Panther Valley Public Library started its spring session of Preschool Story hour on March 13. The program is held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesdays in the library. All preschool-aged children are welcome to attend. This program is free. The group will read a story, do a craft and have a light snack.

• Tax help is available for adults 60 and older who qualify for a rent/property tax rebate at the Panther Valley Public Library, 117 E. Bertsch St., Lansford.

Time slots available are 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. March 22.

Put all of your tax information in a sealed envelope with your name on it and drop it off at the library at your scheduled appointment time. Your return will be mailed to you once it is complete.
