James C. Skinner, 32, of Shenandoah, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 11:12 p.m. Feb. 25 on Mahanoy Avenue (Route 54) in Rush Township.

Police said he was driving a 1996 Toyota Rav4 west when it left his lane of travel, traveled off the roadway and crashed into a utility pole. Police said Skinner walked away and contacted police the next day.

They said additional citations against Skinner are pending the investigation.
