For the second straight week, Panther Valley graduate Michael Pascoe has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Baseball Rookie of the Week.

The Chestnut Hill College freshman collected five hits in 13 at-bats and was walked four times during the team’s four games. Pascoe, who was the 2023 Times News/Lehigh Valley Health Network Baseball Player of the Year, scored twice and knocked in four runs for the Griffins. In addition to those numbers, he also stole four bases in four attempts.

Pascoe, an accounting (finance) major, was a combined 4-for-6 in wins over WV Wesleyan and the College of St. Rose.

For the season, Pascoe is hitting a team-leading .448 (13-for-29) with three doubles and a triple. He has walked seven times and has an on-base percentage of .526. Pascoe has six RBIs and scored five runs.
