Federal assistance for PPL Electric Utilities customers to help with their electric bill is still available, but time is running short.

The federal government’s Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides grants to households to help with home energy bills or to pay off past-due balances. Customers who meet income guidelines should apply as soon as possible. Customers don’t need to have a past-due balance to apply.
