Formally unveiled in Carbon County today was a beautifully colored portrait of the Hon. Albert H. Heimbach of Palmerton, Senior Judge of the Court of Common Pleas.

The impressive program was sponsored by the Carbon County Bar Association with President Judge John P. Lavelle presiding.

The creation of Dr. Robert C. Burns, Princeton, New Jersey, was placed on the wall of the main courtroom along with those of other jurists who served on the bench in the county since its inception.

Judge Heimbach retired from active participation on the bench but is still assisting Judge Lavelle with the heavy caseload on the court’s calendar.
