Tommy Miller, a Summit Hill businessman, was elected president of the Summit Hill Community Improvement Organization during its election of officers meeting held last night.

Miller, who succeeds Laird Henry, will be joined in leading the club by Gregory DeMilio, vice president; Rose Celotti, secretary; and Norman Serena, treasurer.

During the session, the club members discussed plans for landscaping and erection of a monument of the former GAR Cemetery to transform it into a community park. Named to the committee that will have charge of the project were Serena, DeMilio, Rev. Carl Gray and Attorney Joseph Velitsky.
