State Police at Stroudsburg

State police at Stroudsburg reported the following:

• Sean Smith, 41, of Cresco, was charged with harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic incident at 7:42 a.m. Feb. 7 at 590 Red Rock Road, Paradise Township.

Police said he grabbed a woman’s arm.

• Police said a food truck was stolen from Route 209 in Hamilton Township at approximately 5:20 a.m. Feb. 5.

A 52-year-old Sciota man told police surveillance footage showed someone entering the truck and taking it, traveling north on Business Rt. 209. The truck is a 1999 Freightliner.

• Viera Bush, 63, of Stroudsburg, sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 1:03 p.m. Jan. 29 on the Middle Easton Belmont Pike, Hamilton Township.

Police said she was treated at the scene by personnel from the St. Luke’s Emergency and Transport Services but was not taken to a hospital.

Police said she was driving too fast for conditions when she lost control of the vehicle, which traveled off the right berm and hit a tree.
