The Colonial and Schuylkill Leagues have postponed Tuesday’s basketball playoff games.

The Colonial League boys semifinal games have been moved to Wednesday, while the girls playoffs - orginally schedued for Wednesday - will remain on that date.

Because of that, the league has switched sites and also switched pairings of games for Wednesday.

Palmerton’s teams will now play at the same site - Whitehall. The top-seeded girls will face Northwestern at 5:45 p.m. The No. 2 seed Blue Bomber boys will then take on Saucon Valley following the girls at 7:30 p.m.

The other semifinal games will feature both Notre Dame teams at Catasauqua. The Crusader girls take on Pen Argyl in the opener at 6 p.m. while the fourth-seeded Northwestern boys face No. 1 Notre Dame at 7:45 p.m.

The finals are still scheduled for Friday at Freedom.

The Schuylkill League has moved Tuesday’s girls semfinal doubleheader to Thursday.

The Tamaqua-North Schuylkill game will be played at 6 p.m. with the Marian-Blue Mountain game to follow at 7:30.

The boys semifinal doubleheader will remain on Wednesday, and the league boys and girls championship games will still be played Friday.

All semifinal and final games will be played Martz Hall in Pottsville.
